CSP ~ Certified Short-Sale Professional, trained to guide their client through the complex process of marketing the home, finding a willing buyer, working with the lender(s) and the other parties involved, as well as determine if a property will qualify for a short-sale.
GRI ~ Graduate Realtor Institute, fewer than 4% of all Realtors hold this designation. This designation is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation.
